Course dates

Our postnatal recovery courses take place on Thursday evenings at two different times. They consist of 8 sessions and are held in closed groups. The number of participants is set at a minimum of four and a maximum of ten women. The course is held in German only and does not involve bringing your baby along.

The costs are partially covered by supplementary insurance. Please check with your health insurance provider in advance.

Course costs
A course of 8 lessons of 50 minutes each costs CHF 220.
