Develop, promote, quantify and ensure quality
We regard quality management and development as an ongoing commitment. Our focus is on the systematic improvement of processes and the introduction and monitoring of measures to increase patient safety. Our charter sets out the principles to which our employees and the entire hospital are committed in their daily work. In order to critically evaluate our performance and promote an active discussion on quality, we continuously compare ourselves with other hospitals in the Canton of Zurich. The results are regularly published in our quality reports.
