Culture at the heart of our healthcare organisation – Morgen:Rapport
December 5, 2024
How the "Kultour Initiative" succeeds in strengthening working relationships and promoting psychological safety.
Every hospital, every nursing home and every hospital kitchen has a corporate culture. Maintaining and developing this culture is not a matter of course - but it is particularly important in challenging times like these. Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg has been regularly investing in cultural projects for around 15 years because it is convinced that it is not only worthwhile for the quality of cooperation between employees, but ultimately also for the quality of services for patients and residents.
But how do you shape working relationships? How do you work to ensure that employees feel psychologically safe in the team? What is important? Who can make what contribution? Lukas Alig, occupational and organisational psychologist and Head of Projects and Development at Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg, provides an insight into the current "Kultour Initiative", whose workshops have already been attended by over 1,000 of the approximately 1,600 employees at Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg in 2024.
