Registration through the GP practice
Registration is done via your doctor. We will contact you as soon as it has been processed.
Preliminary outpatient assessment
The doctors in charge at Zollikerberg Hospital will inform you about the operation and the anaesthetic. Existing laboratory results, ECGs and X-rays will be added if necessary for the operation. Please bring all documents with you.
Detailed written information
You will receive various pieces of information from us with your definitive hospitalisation date. If you have any questions, please give us a call. We will be happy to help you.

Administrative matters before admission to hospital
To enable us to prepare for your admission to hospital, we need the completed and signed admission form back as soon as possible, together with a copy of your identity card, passport or ID card. For foreign nationals, we also need the foreigner's identity card.
