What is PRP / vampire lifting?

PRP stands for "Platelet Rich Plasma" and is often referred to as a "vampire lift" due to its origin from the patient's own blood. It is an innovative non-surgical treatment method that aims to rejuvenate the skin, improve its elasticity and promote a youthful appearance. In this special form of autologous blood therapy, blood is taken from the patient on an outpatient basis and split using a special procedure. This produces a concentrate of thrombocytes (blood platelets) from the patient's own blood which, together with the plasma, is rich in growth factors and cell messengers. These substances are used specifically to promote the regeneration of the body and to treat aesthetic and orthopaedic complaints.

Our procedure

Firstly, blood is taken on an outpatient basis and centrifuged. The collected blood plasma is then returned to the skin regions using a thin syringe (the thinnest currently available). PRP therapy is performed on an outpatient basis and takes about an hour, depending on the area of the body.
