Myofascial bodywork (fascia treatment) includes manual techniques and is based on knowledge from muscle and fascia theory. As connective tissue, fascia forms a network of connections that can be found throughout the body. It connects muscles, bones and organs with each other. For this reason, many illnesses and injuries also affect our fasciae. Using targeted manual techniques, we can release tension, adhesions and imbalances in the myofascial system. Our aim is to restore the function and health of the tissue in order to reduce pain and improve mobility.
