They take blood pressure readings, make beds, clean work surfaces, chop vegetables, prepare for examinations, keep records, provide support, ask questions and help shape the healthcare landscape in Zollikerberg on a daily basis.
Our staff, apprentices and students are right at the heart of our day-to-day operations. In care, in clinical practice, in the kitchen, in administration, in diagnostics, IT and human resources. They are constantly learning whilst also bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the table.
This year, 86 staff members, apprentices and students at Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg have successfully completed their initial or further training. These include 16 healthcare specialists (EFZ), 1 business administrator (EFZ), 1 kitchen assistant (EBA), 17 nursing professionals (HF), 1 radiology technician (HF), 1 NDS in anaesthesia care, 1 NDS in intensive care and, for the first time, three apprentices from the pilot EFZ Medical Practice Assistant course.
